This workshop provides several projects for you to undertake in order to enhance your learning of these God-given principles, including an Effective Leadership Personal Audit, which serves as an assessment tool and a goal-setting device.

PIT - Putting It Together Workshop - One Full Day

                                                          

The principles and concepts contained in this workshop are taken from the life of an Old Testament leader by the name of Joseph, and are found in the book of Genesis in the Bible. They are timeless and timely for fulfilling purpose both personally and corporately.

The importance of the following relationships is presented:

• Intra – Personal   • Inter – Personal  • Vertical God

In our workshop we will also look at the first stage Joseph navigates through in his quest to fulfill God’s generational call. This first stage is the catalyst which starts the putting it together process.  This is the first of a Three-Part Workshop Series. This workshop provides several projects for you to undertake in order to enhance your learning of these God-given principles, including a PIT Personal Audit, which serves as an assessment tool and a goal-setting device.

Potiphar's HOUSE Workshop - Full Day

This Workshop–the second in the series focuses on Joseph’s “Potiphar’s HOUSE Experiences” and how they help groom him for his eventual national leadership role.

This second step “Potiphar’s House” presents in an acronym form five vital elements necessary for fulfilling godly purpose:

H – honing skills

O – overcoming obstacles
U – understanding favor
S – spiritual sensitivity
E – exist strategies

This is the second of a Three-Part Workshop Series. these God-given principles, including a Potiphar’s House Personal Audit, which serves as an assessment tool and a goal-setting device.

Preparation for Promotion Workshop - Full Day

                                                       

In our Workshop, we will look at the various stages Joseph navigates through in his quest to fulfill God’s generational calling. This Workshop focuses on Joseph’s “Preparation for Promotion” experiences in the King’s prison.

He enjoyed God's approval.
He earned man’s trust.
He was given responsibilities.
He had permission to develop a system.
He delivered positive results.
