The TEP Center was established in 2001 and is located on Grand Bahama Island in The Bahamas. The TEP Center provides comprehensive, holistic, youth-focused programs that promote spiritual, educational, emotional, social and physical well-being through Transitional Empowerment Programs.   TEP - Targets children and youth at three steps in the educational and personal developmental processes.
